This practice invites you to slow down, deeply rest, nourish and find restoration from exhaustion, a busy day or feeling burnt out. (Speaking from my own experience of a recent burn out, I found myself restless and that Yin was the only practice that allowed me to deeply nourish and slow down to deeply rest and heal) This yin practice of self care will guide you through poses which will require cushion/block/bolster and then close with a singing bowl soundscape (where I won't guide you back) to deeply settle into rest. Feel free to practice in bed. Wishing you some rest deep nourishing rest and let yourself surrender to self care. Happy New Year! Let go of 2023 and arrive in 2024 through a practice of yin yoga, sound healing, reflection and the invite to journal afterwards. This practice is designed to invite you to slow down, ground, resource, release, and connect to your intuition. Suitable for beginners. Rosanne will guide you through an experiential workshop to practice internal exploration, relaxation, how to soften, how to feel safe to surrender through the exploration of key principles of yin practice. The session will conclude with sound relaxation, deepening your journey inwards to come back home to yourself. There will then we a space for optional intention setting for those that wish to download the journal prompts.
