Free YouTube Chair Yoga This slower paced practice is designed to give you a moment to pause, resource, relax. It invites you to be more mindful of your body and movement, take a check in with your capacity and resources right now. This practice is trauma sensitive led and invites you to slow down, ground and journey inwards. Notice notice how does it feel to slow down, let go, to pause? This is suitable for those who struggle to get up and down, on and off a yoga mat and for beginners. This practice will be offered in seated so you will need a chair, enjoy this practice from home or at your office.
