Service Description
Last Monday of the Month (Usually) | 20:15 - 21:30 | All levels welcome I invite you to a practice of mindfulness, introspection, a meditative style of yoga. In yin yoga we mindfully slow down to become more intuitive to our bodies, gently finding our limits, release and learning to safely let go, we journey inwards to find peace in stillness. Release and surrender, a time of acceptance, so we can create space for the new! The session concludes with a sound relaxation including Tibetan Singing Bowls & Koshi Chimes. Please note, the use of props is useful in 'finding our edge', so please bring pillows, blankets, blocks (or hardback book), bolsters with you. Camera is always optional. Price quoted is per household.

Classes are non-refundable. To reschedule a class please give 24 hour notice. After this notice period you can cancel and receive the class recording (for you to practice in your own time). Please drop me a message to either reschedule your booking or request recording.
