I am currently taking a career break as I welcome my first baby into the world! I plan to nurture my family bubble, taking each day as it is, going with the rhythm and flow of my baby. I will officially return in 2027 but for now I will be intermittently checking socials, emails. Please be patient with me as you may not hear from me for a while.

It was such an honour to offer a soothing sound bath at the end of such a beautifully thought through retreat day. Journeying through somatic enquiry, self love journaling, creative drawing, mindful walk, yummy snacks and conscious connected breathwork.

I had one of those fully present moment during breathwork session seeing swirls of purple and blue and this overwhelming, empowered feeling of presence, gratitude; being in the Parsonage's gorgeous room with a group of women from all walks of life, giving ourself this permission to let go, to pause, to surrender to kindness to ourselves, to include ourself, to let go of the mental load for 4 hrs, to do something loving for ourselves, cultivate compassion and honouring this beautiful space and retreat day offered by Becky!

What a beautiful journey through the day and an unintentional celebration of power in empowered, supportive feminine energy just before International Women's Day 💜♀️💜

Happy Full Moon & 1st Feb 🌝

It has been a slow start and so I have been making a conscious effort to take my time to arrive into the new year and have noticed a lot of you are too. I was reading about how the year of the snake is coming to a close and invites us to slow down, shed, reflect, to create space for the new lunar year of the horse.

Did you know that a snake will die if it doesn't shed it's skin regularly? Old skin doesn't protect the snake, it instead hinders and becomes a weakness...

It made me think about the things I hold onto that are weakening and hindering me? Food for your thoughts...

Sunday was the last surrender Sunday of 2026! I have loved offering this workshop every month as a space to relax, let go and ground.

Can't believe it was the last one of 2025, we explored the theme of letting go of 2025 and creating space to deeply relaaaxxxx 🥰

Some of the affirmations offered during Yin and sound bath:

✨️ I release tension to create space, invite relaxation

✨️ I release resistance, so I can flow with ease and peace

✨️ I release busyness to experience deep rest, healing and presence

✨️ I release fear to make way for courage and I use the courage to ask for support

This time of year I always find goes sooo fast and I am as usual scattered, here there, everywhere - here in the present and forecasting to plan for 2026!

I am reminded as the clocks go back and the days feels shorter, night feels longer... I try to embrace the seasons and live more seasonally to slow down and rest more 💜🙏

Rosanne invites you to a relaxing, mindful practice to start off your weekend! This introspective practice will ask you to slow down and journey inwards. Rosanne will guide you through gentle movement and poses to help you relax into the body, followed by Yoga Nidra and a Tibetan Singing Bowl sound bath. Release, surrender and relax.

So grateful for the presence of each and every guest and the teamwork of coming together to complete that jigsaw!! Was it even a good idea 🤣🤷‍♀️

I literally couldnt have done this retreat with out the incredible volunteers in the backgrouns Dan, @jence89 @nicolehpasha 💜💜💜

Big thank you to @dazkong for your inspiring creative ways with food! I love creating the menus with you and seeing how it all comes together on the day! Such a talented chef!

It's always this time of year that I get so overwhelmed (maybe it the speed of things picking back up after the lull of summer break). And what follows is an annual autumnal burnout 🥲🍁

Car breaking, hurting my back, and being ill means time off work and its the stress of getting last minute cover/no income/how long am I going to out for? Fellow self employed you feel me? 🥲

However, being an annual thing (unintentionally)... I do feel like I'm learning to accept and adjust each year. That this time of year, I am always most humbly reminded to slow the f!ck down, and just accept that letting go is part of the process. 💜🍁🙏
