Practice with Rosanne is a personal practice where you will feel more centred and relaxed. Journey to come back home to yourself through, explorative movement, breath and intention. Modalities include: Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Tibetan Singing Bowl Healing, Journaling.
Rosanne offers yoga and meditation practices that are mindful, explorative and designed to meet you where you are at. We arrive in each practice with intention, guided by the breath. Throughout this journey with me, you will learn how to relax, nourish & connect to your body, create autonomy (figuring out what feels good for you), be empowered with choice and learn to become more self aware. Based on traditional Hatha, Yin, mindfulness and embodiment practices.

Reiki & Tibetan Singing Bowl Sessions
Reiki healing or Tibetan Singing Bowl are so nourishing for the mind, body, Self and soul. Sessions are available upon request.

Private Yoga or meditation sessions are available upon request.
I offer 1-1s or small group classes tailored to your requirements and pace. I also offer wellbeing session for offices, schools and colleges.

Trauma Informed Yoga Sessions
Private 1-1 Trauma Informed Yoga sessions are available upon request.
Rosanne will invite you into a space of enquiry and learning as she guides you to discover grounding, curiosity, self regulation, exploration of your nervous system and window of tolerance. She will offer a open, non-judgmental, compassionate space to resource and connect to finding safety in your own body. This is also a collaborative process and so the sessions may not be what is usually considered as a regular yoga practice.
