Practice with Rosanne is a personal practice where you will feel more centred and relaxed. Journey to come back home to yourself through, explorative movement, breath and intention. Modalities include: Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Tibetan Singing Bowl Healing, Journaling. 

 

Rosanne offers yoga and meditation practices that are mindful, explorative and designed to meet you where you are at. We arrive in each practice with intention, guided by the breath. Throughout this journey with me, you will learn how to relax, nourish & connect to your body, create autonomy (figuring out what feels good for you), be empowered with choice and learn to become more self aware. Based on traditional Hatha, Yin, mindfulness and embodiment practices.

Reiki & Tibetan Singing Bowl Sessions

Reiki healing or Tibetan Singing Bowl are so nourishing for the mind, body, Self and soul. Sessions are available upon request.

I offer the following (tailored to your requirements). 

  • 1-1s Zoom Reiki & Sound Healing

  • 1-1 Sound Healing (in-person)

  • Small Group Sessions

 

In-person Reiki sessions are available at extra cost to cover room hire. This is also dependant on the venues availability.

Trauma Informed Yoga Sessions

Private 1-1 Trauma Informed Yoga sessions are available upon request.

Rosanne will invite you into a space of enquiry and learning as she guides you to discover grounding, curiosity, self regulation, exploration of your nervous system and window of tolerance. She will offer a open, non-judgmental, compassionate space to resource and connect to finding safety in your own body. This is also a collaborative process and so the sessions may not be what is usually considered as a regular yoga practice.

This class invites you to explore the Third Eye Chakra through a meditation practice. This practice invites you to find your drishti gaze through candle gazing and to look inwards. Connect with your third eye chakra through a guided visual meditation. Light yourself a candle and get comfortable (if you don't have a candle you can look at the candle on the screen). Inspired by a beautiful meditation that @lalkitherapy shared with me this week, I thought to record it for #mentalhealthawareness week. Our wellbeing isn't just our physical health, it is holistic approach and #mentalhealthmatters๐Ÿ’š. Years of yoga has taught me about wholesome approaches that include different types of rest, and understanding our Kosha (layers of our being). This means taking care of wellbeing includes (some examples): Physical Health: - How we move - Exercise, yoga, pilates, stretching, walk - What we eat & drink - Taking care of our body through doing things that are resting (the different types of rest e.g. massage, going for a nature walk) - Regulating our nervous system - Hygiene, check ups (dental, drs etc.) Mental & Emotional Health: - Meditate / Mindfulness - Bring yourself here into the NOW (Presence) - What we consume (e.g. media, socials) - What we tell ourselves - Regulating our nervous system - Talking to someone when we are going through sh!t - Our responsibility to seek help and support - Self awareness, understand your emotional intelligence - Give yourself SPACE - How much are you taking on? Chakra Workshop Series | Part 5 - Throat Chakra Over a series of 7 practices you are invited to explore the Chakra System. This class invites you to explore the Heart Chakra through a practice of Yin Yoga & Sound. This practice invites you to look inwards, to check in with your internal dialogue. Go inwards with this yin practice to explore your inner world. We will be focusing in on sound (sound bath and bumble bee breath) and opening up the throat as we connect with our throat chakra. Let your body express itself authentically by working at your edge, moving or being still, nurture your being through this gentle yin practice.
