Service Description
This trauma sensitive yoga practice is a gentle, grounding morning practice to set you up for the day. Awaken and connect to your mind and body with this gentle, rejuvenating practice. We'll focus on mindful movement with breath, connecting to being in your own body, gentle stretches to wake up and then close the practice with a guided meditation to set you up for the day ahead. All levels welcome and beginner friendly as you tune in with the present through your mind and body - feeling more connected and centred. LIVE CLASS ONLY (Camera is optional)

Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable, please purchase with consideration and intention. If you can’t attend for any reason, please get in touch. You may also transfer your place to a friend/family member or to another date (if availability allows). To reschedule a class please give 24 hour notice. After this notice period you can cancel and a receive a recording/ pre-recorded class (if applicable, for you to practice in your own time). Please drop me a message to either reschedule your booking or request recording.
