An Emotional Walkabout is an 8 steps guide created by Bija Bennett. It is a self enquiry meditation (with journaling) allowing emotions to be the forefront to guide you through. The intention is freedom and discovering truth. Free to explore, connect to yourself, trust your instincts, to free yourself, to discover and allow yourself change. There is no wrong or right way. Be curious to explore.
