Service Description
Once a month - (Usually) Last Monday of the Month | 20:15 - 21:30 | All levels welcome I invite you to a practice of mindfulness, introspection, a meditative style of yoga. In yin yoga we mindfully slow down to become more intuitive to our bodies, gently finding our limits, release and learning to safely let go, we journey inwards to find peace in stillness. Release and surrender, a time of acceptance, so we can create space for the new! Please note, the use of props is useful in 'finding our edge', so please bring pillows, blankets, blocks (or hardback book), bolsters with you. Camera is always optional. Price quoted is per household.

Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable, please purchase with consideration and intention. If you can’t attend for any reason, please get in touch. You may also transfer your place to a friend/family member or to another date (if availability allows). To reschedule a class please give 24 hour notice. After this notice period you can cancel and a receive a recording/ pre-recorded class (if applicable, for you to practice in your own time). Please drop me a message to either reschedule your booking or request recording.
