Winter Solstice Retreat
A Sacred Space for Rest, Inner Connection and Deep Healing
You are invited to join Katie, Gouri and Rosanne in a deeply restful and transformative journey of Reflexology, Reiki drum and Sound healing to awaken your inner light in Winter’s darkness.
Our journey together begins with an invitation to re-connect to your body through guided self-Reflexology, followed by settling in to get comfy and sound bathe, while Katie assists you with personal ear seeding . Then as you surrender into the soundscape, your energy will be stimulated with affirmations and Reiki Drum. Finally, we will soothe the aura and integrate our healing with a gentle sound bath and cup of tea.
