This wellness retreat will hold you in a space so you are able to nourish your mind, relax your body, enjoy delicious food and become curious about your internal world and mind and body connection. This retreat will be an invitation to connect to Self and take ownership to empower the choice to look after your wellbeing - self care, self love and self compassion.
This retreat will be hosted by Rosanne and Dr Marsha Mawson (Clinical Psychologist - CAT & CFT Informed)
The retreat will be held in a gorgeous countryside lodge in Cumbria - The Haybergill Centre. Its beautiful residential centre located in the English countryside, owned by the loveliest, most accommodating hosts - Maggie and Mick.
