Evening Schedule
Your Sunday begins with a gentle transition from day to night. You are invited to join a calming sound bath, where the healing vibrations of gong, Koshi chimes and Tibetan singing bowls wash over you, melting away any lingering tension. This immersive experience allows you to reconnect with your inner world fostering a deep sense of peace and relaxation. We will then close the evening with a delicious and nourishing supper prepared by Yes Lah.
