Morning Schedule
Your Saturday begins with a gentle transition from morning to lunch. You are invited to join a calming sound bath, where the healing vibrations of gong, Koshi chimes and Tibetan singing bowls wash over you, melting away any lingering tension. This immersive experience allows you to reconnect with your inner world fostering a deep sense of peace and relaxation. As we gently arrive into our morning with intent and reflection we will close with a delicious and nourishing Lunar New Year brunch prepared by MAMA Z.
