About the event

Somatic Yoga | All levels welcome (not suitable for pregnant women as Rosanne is not Pre-natal trained yet)


Soma - comes from the Greek word for "body," and can be interpreted as “the body as perceived from within.”


Focusing on the your experience and what you feel in your body, you are invited to connect with your body through this nourishing practice where we will focus on curiosity, conscious awareness, tension and release, slow movements to enable your body and mind to relax! Somatic yoga is a combination of trauma sensitive yoga and somatic movement exercises (SME) which offer a slow, conscious, gentle practice that invites students to explore a deeper layer of awareness to the tension we hold in our bodies, (and perhaps the trauma we hold in our bodies).


Variation are always given.
