About the event

Morning Yoga & Meditation | 8:00 - 8:45 | All levels welcome

This trauma sensitive yoga practice is a gentle, grounding morning practice to set you up for the day. Awaken and connect to your mind and body with this gentle, rejuvenating practice. We'll focus on mindful movement with breath, connecting to being in your own body, gentle stretches to wake up and then close the practice with a guided meditation to set you up for the day ahead. 

All levels welcome and beginner friendly as you tune in with the present through your mind and body - feeling more connected and centred.
