I love to journal, it helps me get organised, sit with my feelings and thoughts, visualise my life and create self care habits and routines. It's good time spent on my own - some grounding, me time!Â
Since I babble on about journalling, and it can be quite overwhelming at first... A few of you have mentioned your interest in how to start journaling. So this workshop is dedicated to you! If you are looking to start journaling, to incorporate it into your daily life - learn how to in this workshop. I will be offering suggestions as journaling is a personal practice; my journaling has changed over the years - collating the different types e.g gratitude journals, productivity journals, bullet journals, sleep and dream logs. Over time, you learn to tweak and keep the bits that you like and leave out what doesn't work for you!Â
This workshop falls on the day of the New Moon. A perfect time to start a new project/habit and set new intentions!Â
Join me in starting to become more curious about your relationship with yourself!
