As the flowers begin to blossom and our Earth warms, we lovingly invite you to awaken the springtime energy within yourself on this deeply healing online day retreat.
In this relaxing space you will be nurtured and gently guided through practices that enable you to emerge from winter’s slumber, move your body, cleanse your cells and nourish your mind and spirit so you blossom, shine brightly and free yourself from the old.
