Autumnal Equinox

Connect with the Autumnal Equinox through Yoga, reflection, meditation and the healing sounds of the Singing Bowls. 

The Equinox is observed when the day and night are of equal length. You are invited to join this workshop on the day of the equinox to explore the theme of balance:

Join me in this grounding practice to connect to your mind, body, breath and Self through yoga, meditation and reflection journaling.
