7 Week Chakra Workshop

This course of 7 workshops is designed for you to explore the Self and the Chakra system through a collection of modalities, including yoga, group Reiki, meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, and self awareness journalling. 

This will be a personal, intimate , safe setting to connect to your authentic self. There will be only 6 spaces available. If you are curious to learn more about yourself on a wholesome and holistic level (mind, body and soul) then this workshop is for you. This is not an instant transformational fix, or a workshop that aims to work only on the physical level e.g. flexibility or strength.  It is a workshop where I invite you to explore how your mind, body and Self are all connected and how to embody (be present in your own body) these experiences. No experience required. 

What to expect:

7 weeks where Rosanne will guide you through a collection of modalities, including Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, group Reiki, meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, and self awareness journalling.

• Week 5 - Inner Guidance - Throat Chakra
• Week 6 - Awakening - Third Eye
• Week 7 - Group Reiki - Crown

Due to the nature of this workshop and the intimacy of a small group, it would be advised that you are to commit to all 7 workshops. There will be no refund, but you may transfer your place to a friend/family member.
