Yoga for sleep...

Slleeeeeppp plays a vital role in our health and well being. Its our time for rest and digest, relax and repair, to reset, switch off and recharge. A good nights sleep sets us up for our day ahead. There is nothing worse than getting into bed and you cannot fall asleep! Feeling wide awake! What can help is some pre-bedtime space to wind down and connect to our rest and relax state. Allowing us the time to slow down for a good night's rest. Perhaps some yoga, reading a book, meditate or a gentle foot massage? Here are some poses that I love to do when I feel my minds racing or I am too antsy to sleep. It allows me to get out of my head, into my present state of mind, with my body and breath. Sloooooowing down........
