Service Description

A gentle morning practice to set you up for the day. Awaken and connect to your mind and body with this gentle, rejuvenating practice. We'll focus on mindful movement with breath, gentle stretches to wake up and then close the practice with a guided meditation to set you up for the day ahead. All levels welcome and beginner friendly as you tune in with the present through your mind and body - feeling more connected and centred. (Camera is optional)

Cancellation Policy

Classes are non-refundable. To reschedule a class please give 24 hour notice. After this notice period you can cancel and receive the class recording (for you to practice in your own time). Please drop me a message to either reschedule your booking or request recording.
